edapi.io operates as an individual engineering practice in Lithuania: we build websites, custom web systems, business process automation, and run advertising campaigns.

These terms cover the use of edapi.io and the general way we work together. Any particular project is always defined by a separate written quote or contract — where that says something different, it prevails.

Information about services, examples and price indications are informational and are not a public offer to enter into a contract.

Blog articles are our practical experience, not legal, tax or investment advice. Assess your own situation before applying anything to your business.

If you use the contact form or write by email you normally get a reply within one to two business days. An enquiry alone creates no obligations for either side.

The chat window loads only with your consent (see the cookie policy) and is meant for first questions, not for concluding contracts.

Before starting we send a written quote: scope, timeline, price and what is needed from you (content, access, decisions). We do not start work until the quote is confirmed in writing.

Scope changes during the work are handled by an additional agreement — a new scope means a new timeline and price. If required material or access is late, the timeline shifts accordingly.

The price is stated in the quote; VAT is added separately where applicable. Larger projects normally carry a deposit, with the balance due on delivery.

Maintenance and subscription services (hosting, support, ad management) are billed periodically as agreed and can be cancelled with the agreed notice.

The content of this site — text, design, code and examples — is ours. It may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Work created for you transfers to you after full payment. Third-party components (WordPress themes, plugins, libraries, fonts, photos) remain with their authors and are used under their licences — the quote states which licences are paid.

We reserve the right to mention the collaboration and show the result in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

The site and its information are provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost opportunities or reputation. Liability for a specific project is limited to the amount paid for it unless the quote says otherwise.

We are not liable for outages in services we do not control (hosting, domains, advertising or payment platforms), but we help resolve them.

These terms may be updated — the date is shown at the top of the page; quotes already confirmed keep the version in force at that time.
