edapi.io is operated as a personal engineering practice based in Lithuania. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at support@edapi.io.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This data is transmitted via the Resend email service and used solely to reply to your inquiry. If you use the on-site chat (Botpress), the messages you send in the chat are processed by Botpress to provide the conversation. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and the chat widget
The site itself works without marketing cookies. The optional chat widget (Botpress) sets cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, the chat is not loaded and no non-essential cookies are set. You can remove cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email support@edapi.io and we will respond within 30 days.
